Application:

This machine is mainly used for the rotating resistance life test for rotating switches on various electric appliances, such switches of channel switching, volume adjustment and gear shifting.

Principle:

Driven with Taiwan stepping motor, it is positioned accurately with high accuracy, has low noise and can be used for a long time;

With special current rectification circuit, the long-time use capacity and interference resistance of the motor and execution components are improved.

With Korean AUTONIS high-accuracy optoelectronic switch as the origin induction, the pulse frequency is high, making the machine used durably;

Input in programs with LCD controller, controlled with PLC and driven with stepping motor!

Parameter setting includes speed, testing cycles and return of motor to the origin; when the tester is counted and measured to the set times automatically, it can be stopped automatically.
